Spent the night in a Love's parking lot. Headed out on interstate #5 going south. Very different than the CA1. Passed many more fields of almond trees and a few feed lots, those were not so pleasant. We drove over the Tejon Pass at 4144' and made it nicely through LA, the freeways were not nearly as busy as they had been over Christmas.
Made it safely to Campland on the Bay, a nice campground on Misson Bay. Planning to visit the San Diego Zoo tomorrow.
