Day 39

Woke up to the view of the large redwood trees and the sounds of the Big Sur River which was right next to our camper. Took a walk around the campground and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the smell of the pines. Ate breakfast and headed back on the road.

The views were beautiful and I was still finding the windy roads a little too windy and up and down. Took some gravoll and tried to think positive which was difficult but I tried my best. The views were amazing! We drove up towards Monterey and took the 17 mile drive and had lunch next to the Pebble Beach golf course. Did not realize that this area was full of residential homes. You too could live here if you had between 1-10 million dollars. For me, I have no desire to live anywhere near these narrow windy roads.

Next destination was the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It took a little while to find a place to park the RV but once found a spot we walked over to the aquarium. There was many things to see and enjoy and I especially enjoyed the jelly fish. We enjoyed supper at Henry's cafe with beef tips and pork. We headed north and found a place to stay at Marina Dunes Beach Resort. Thankfully they had wifi so I could get caught up.

We had been enjoying our adventure as each day is different and there is so much to see.
