Saturday we woke early to head to Guaymas to help serve at the men's ministry. Songs were song, a message was presented and three people came to the front for the alter call. Soup was served with cabbage, onions and a bun plus hot chocolate to drink. Since it was Christmas the mostly men each received a bag with toiletries and a cap. After dropping off the containers at the church in town we headed back to the center for fish tacos which were great.
In the afternoon some of us decided to climb the "goat mountain" only Matt and Dawson made it to the very top and Nick was almost at the very top. Ron, Naomi and Agustin made it quite far while Tim and I did not go very far. Our legs were not used to climbing almost straight up and coming down was not that easy either.
Mexican hot dogs for supper again! Then played another game of "sticks" and Tim won. Visited a bit more before heading off to bed. Feeling much better than I did this morning and last night.
Church tomorrow and then handing out back packs in two different places. Will be a long day.
